Rules for Raffle

1. Need not to be present to win.

2. You must be 18 years or older to claim a prize.

3. Prize winners will be contacted within 48 hours from end of drawing.

4. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days of being notified of winning.

5. All prizes not claimed within 60 days will become a donation to Hampton Fire Company.

6. All unsold chances become property of Hampton Fire Company.

7. A list of winning numbers will be posted on Hampton Fire Company's website at www.hamptonco10.org within 48 hours
    from end of drawing. DO NOT CALL prior to the 48 hrs requesting to know when it's going to be updated. If after the 48
    hrs. you still aren't able to bring up the updated winners, try refreshing the page. Sometimes computers will hold the old
    page until it is refreshed. The winners will remain posted for a minimum of 90 days.

8. The Hampton Fire Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the raffle and return all collected monies back to
    purchasers if less than 3,500 chances are sold.

9. The purchaser of the ticket agrees to abide by the rules set by The Hampton Fire Company and accept all responsibility
    and liability pertaining to this event, including travel to and from the raffle.  

10. Anyone attending the drawing must have a ticket stub to enter ( 1 stub per admission)

11. Must show ticket stub at door to receive meal ticket

NO CARRY OUTS !!!

13. Hampton Fire Company is NON-SMOKING. This includes the Engine Room.
     All Smoking will be outside in designated area.

14. Event will be held rain or shine. Outside seating is available. Limited seating. Bring your own chair for outside seating.

15. If the 7:00 pm drawing for the $10,000 is not sold for any reason, The Hampton Fire Co. will redraw until the $10,000 is
     given out.

*** ATTENTION TICKET SELLERS:
          Please return sold tickets & money to your Hampton Fire Co. representative who issued you your tickets
          A.S.A.P. no later than June 10, 2012.
         Ticket sellers will receive their FREE Ticket(s) when you return your pack(s) of 20 ticket stubs are turned
         back in to your representative.
